This thoughtfully designed home had excellent bones from the start, but our Güte Homes renovation transformed it into something truly exceptional. We maximized the property’s potential by creating a stunning living space above the garage while converting the ground-level garage into a luxurious workout room and Scandinavian-inspired spa retreat.
Every detail was carefully considered, from the premium materials selected for both the new construction and existing home updates, to the seamless integration of old and new. The result is a cohesive, elevated living experience that honors the home’s original character while adding sophisticated modern functionality.
